CU-TR Introduction
 On November 27, 2009, Russia, Belarus, held a summit of heads of state of the Eurasian Economic Community (Eurasian Economic Community) in Minsk, the capital of Belarus. Kazakhstanundefineds three heads of state signed the Customs Union Code, marking the official establishment of the Russian-Belarus-Kazakhstan Customs Union. The Eurasian Economic Union was officially launched on January 1, 2015, and the Customs Union was replaced by the Eurasian Economic Union. Customs Union CU-TR certification / EAC certification:

Customs regulations of the Union conformity certificates / (tr CU Certificate) / Technical regulations of the Declaration of conformity of the EAEU.Customs Union CU-TR certificate is also called EAC certification because the symbol is EAC.

The customs union technical regulations certificate / Technical Regulations of the Customs Union conformity Certificates abbreviated CU-TR Certificate) / TR EAEU is a certificate required for customs clearance and product sales. This certificate is a minimum product quality requirement, and is a product technical code that shows that the product has been in conformity with the customs union government. The requirements are confirmed to be safe and allowed to be sold and circulated freely within the customs union.

 ●Certification bodies: certificates must be implemented and issued by third-party certification centres authorized by the Government of the Customs Union;
 ●Product testing: must be carried out by a third-party testing laboratory authorized by the Customs Union Government;

CU-TR Certification Process

Certificate applicant: the applicant for the CU-TR certificate must be an enterprise or entrepreneur in the customs union country. The name of a foreign company can only be reflected in the certificate as a manufacturer. The applicantundefineds company registration certificate, tax registration certificate, company phone number, address and position and name of the person in charge are required to apply for the certificate. Steps:

Step 1: fill in the customs union CU-TR certification application form, confirm the export product name, type, quantity, product customs code;

Step 2: the certification bodies confirm product categories according to customs code and product information and decide the authentication plan;

Step 3: manufacturers submit Russian documents and technical documents, test reports and supply contracts with CIS countries in accordance with the certification scheme of certification bodies;

Step 4: certification experts to the production plant for product testing and quality system audit, if necessary;

Step 5: the production plant revises the product information document or quality system document according to the expert opinion of the organization (if the initial audit fails);

Step 6: the certification body makes a draft of the certificate, and applies for confirmation of the draft accurately and feedback to the institution;

Step 7: certificate issue;

Step 8: paste the EAC certification mark on the product brand, and copy the voucher copy.
